We are addicted to strawberry jam!!! But the problem is -- store bought just isn't the same -- So when strawberries go on sale -- WE BUY!!!! And then we are jammin'! Our favorite is in the Ball packet -- It uses so much less sugar!!! 4 c. of fruit and only 1 1/2 c. of sugar! instead of 4 like the SURE JELL recipe! We love it!!!!

I love homemade jam as well. I haven't tried that kind of pectin. You have my curiosity peaked so I am going to try it.
