I have no idea how it happened but we actually had a near perfect Sunday! All the stars alligned, everyone woke up on the right side of the bed, we had good hair days, no clothing crisis, no meltdowns, got all the things ready we needed to, made homemade rolls, played together, listened to good music, went to our church meetings, talked to family on skype, and had family over for a nice dinner and played! It was just truly so nice to have such a great day as a family! It's days like today that I actually feel like maybe I'm doing something right -- It's been a crazy few months and so many things that I'd love to accomplish and see happen with the kids, just fly by and we have those "Calgon take me away days" way too much! I felt calm today, I felt peace today, I felt the spirit today, I felt gratitude today, I felt joy today, I felt like I wanna feel more of the time! It just felt like a good day and for that I am so grateful! It's in the simple things that we find the most joy! Here's to the SIMPLE things in life!

Good job. Those days are rare and you really must relish the moment. I need to get with you on purchasing the pics on the CD and then order some from you also.

Oh Amy....you are the BEST! "Calgon Take Me Away" days? You are so funny!!! But yeah, I have lots of those kind of days...although they don't usually seem to end with me in the tub being rescued by Calgon. ;) Thank goodness we are given these good days to keep us going. You are awesome for being able to enjoy it!
