Warmin' Up!

We had to thaw out a bit so we took the kids down to Camp Verde and Sedona on Saturday and had such a great day! We went to a park and had a picnic and had a great time wearing no coats and played on the playground. Then we were off to Tuzigoot for a tour of the Indian ruins. The girls earned their Jr. ranger badges and loved that too! We stopped by the greatest Antique store Amy has ever seen -- It's called Larry's and it's in a little city called Cottonwood. Then it as off for a quick stop to the outlets in Sedona and then out to dinner in Flagstaff -- Aubrey started crying as we left Sedona and didn't stop for 45 min! She finally said, "I wanted to go to the swimming pool!" It was then that we realized that in her cute little mind - she thought we must be in vacation to be enjoying such warm weather, having so much fun together, and going all sorts of fun places. So when we were now driving back to Flagstaff, she thought we decided to just go on back home and we weren't going to stay in a hotel! (One of her favorite places) Thankfully she calmed down by the time we got home and we had a great dinner and a fun evening together!
