I've had a lot of people ask me for a few recipes and some info on how to do these freezer meals-- So here it is! These are the two books that I use to make the meals and ALL are wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend buying one or both! They are at any book store and I've also seen them at Costco! My great friend Misti back in Flagstaff is the one that got me into this and we would cook together like this every few months. All the meals are quite easy and made for happy kids and hubbies! Before the second book came out, Misti searched on the internet and made her own book out of some she found and they are now among my FAVS! Here are a couple--
(one correction-- it says chicken in the recipe --it's actually ground turkey)
This is the turkey, artichoke stuffed pasta! YUMMY! And I almost didn't use the fresh basil it called for but my friend brought me some and it truly is what MADE this dish! It really is delish!

I go through several days wondering when your next post will be, knowing that you are busy, busy. And then you post several days in a row and I can see how busy, busy you have been. But through all the busyness, you are still being wonderful, happy, positive, grateful Amy! I wish I could be there to talk about how you are loving being the RS president because I know that you are giving the women in your ward all the love they need.
