It's time again for apricots! Our friends in Bountiful have several huge apricot trees and always ask us if we want any and say to come pick as many as we can-- Well, I took the girls and my friend Trish and we did! It was so much fun and yummy too! Time to get canning! I love this time of year!

Even though I don't really care for apricots, they look so lovely. It almost makes me want a bite. Actually I do like dried apricots.
