We got back and due to the monsoons -- our gardens were in heaven! We have loved growing flowers, beets, pumpkins, beets, tomatoes, beets, and more beets! (We love beets!) And gardening at 7000 feet, although tricky, is really nice! The Summers here never get over 85 and the evenings are heaven!

You are so lucky to have a plentiful garden. We really neglected ours this year. I want to know how you can your beets. I love beets, too. So I need someone to share with me on how to can them. Email me jmaladams@hotmail.com
