Sunday Summer Night

We had a great night tonight just being out in the yard -- We just are loving the beautiful Flagstaff Summer and are enjoying our flowers. Mikelle has started to enjoy taking pics of the flowers too!

Gore's 50th Anniversary Party

On Saturday, we celebrated Gore's 50th Anniversary at the Flagstaff Fairgrounds. All of Gore in Flagstaff and their families were invited. There were over 20 rides, all you can eat buffets, a great band, and a good time to be had by all. The kids thought they were at Lagoon!

BRITISH SOCCER CAMP

We signed Aubs up for a British
Soccer Camp that comes to Flag every
year. It was every day for a week and
she was in heaven! All the coaches were so cute
and had the classic Bristish accents- THis is her
coach -Coach Kieren.

Today was so much fun! My friend Tanya
came over with her litter of puggles.
1/2 Beagle and 1/2 Pug.
They are too cute and the kids had
so much fun playing with them!
We had a great day and were so close
to keeping one!

Black Bart B-Day

Tonight we went out to a local place here
in town called BLACK BARTS.
It's a Steakhouse and all of the servers are NAU
music students and they sing broadway
tunes! The girls are so into musicals lately, we thought
it would make for a fun dinner to celebrate our 2
B-Days. It really was and we loved it so much and
had so much fun! They even came and served Ry and
Aubs fried Ice cream and sang to them. And then
Carter just kept singing the rest of the night.
It's his favorite song! It was a fun night

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

Happy Father's Day to a one in a million Daddy!
We love you so much and are so glad you are ours!
Thanks for all the walks, talks, tickles, stories, games,
trips to the library, trips to the park,
taking us to Donalds and letting us play on the play
stuff that mommy won't let us cuz it's too germy,
taking us on fun trips in the woods and on hikes,
helping us with homework and puzzles,

Happy Birthday Aubrey!

Happy Big 5 Aubs!!! Aubs is a June 16th B-day and then Ry is
on June 18th and with Father's Day it makes
for a fun, busy week! Sat. WE had a buggy, B-Day party
and had so much fun! We went on a date that night and went
to Outback for to celebrate Ry's Father's Day/B-Day and when
we came home we found Aubs passed out! She had a fun day we think!

Burny worm!

Mikelle thought it was and in
her cute Tom boy way (who knows
where she gets that from!)
She let it crawl on her face!
Just minutes later she was screaming
in pain and had the most awful
red looking eyes ever! My friend Kelly
was over and said that it was a burny
worm and they are all over Arizona! They
secrete stuff that burns and man it did!
She was miserable for 2 days and finally
can see again! I think we'll just enjoy
looking at them from now on!

Pot Rack!

I have been wanting a pot rack
for ever and for Mother's Day
Ry got me one! We got it put up
the other night and I love it!!!

Our garden

We just got our garden finished and have had so much fun!
We are starting to really enjoy our back yard!
We planted beets, tomatoes, squash, and green beans!
Now we just need to see if they will grow!

Horney Toad!

I was out watering with the kids this
morning and saw something wiggling
past my feet! A little horny toad! I am
NOT at a ll into lizards or reptiles but Aubs
and I had to catch him! She loves him and
so does Carter. Mikelle is at school and
is going to be so excited. She has been begging
us for a pet. We called the pet store and
they said they make great pets, we just need to
get a flourescent light. So I think
we are actually going to do it. It made for a
pretty fun morning!

Trip to Escalante!

Ry was out of town for almost 2 weeks in
Germany so we decided we needed some quality
family time and took a trip to Escalante, Utah and
stayed with Dad and Rosie for the weekend. Her sis. has a
home there and we were able to stay there and had
a magical time together. It was Rosie's 50th High school
reunion and she had me come do the photography.
It was so much fun and we loved seeing the beauty
of Escalante and see all of her old stomping grounds!

Here is our cute little Bee! Too bad she isn't more animated! She
had such a cute 1st grade program and did such a good job!
We love how she is always singing and making us all happy!

Chalk Art Festival

Bountiful does a chalk art festival every year and we have never been~ This unfortunately could be the last year that they do it and it was amazing! The India is completely done in sidewalk chalk -- plus many more amazing ones! We had a fun night with my Dad and Rosie- the kids LOVED doign their own art on the sidewalk and even ran into great friends. Such a fun way to spend a summer evening together!
